The owner of the online store www.doginthebag.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is MiuMed OÜ
Validity of sales contract, goods and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The price includes transport of goods.
Order
To place an order, first select the size, then select the lining color, then click on the "Add to cart" icon. The shopping cart opens. Add the desired amount or delete an unnecessary line. Click "Update Cart". Check your order. Then click on the "Go to pay" icon. Fill in the form with your data and choose a parcel machine. Please read the privacy policy and terms of sale before payment. You will receive an order confirmation with payment details. After payment, a confirmation of payment will be sent to your email. Care must be taken when placing an order, as fast and trouble-free delivery of the ordered products depends on it.
The order is considered submitted as of the receipt of the amount payable according to the order confirmation to the current account of MiuMed OÜ. Confirmation of an unpaid order by the seller will not be fulfilled.
The price of the goods and the availability of the goods may change on an ongoing basis and without prior notice. If the Buyer has placed the order before the price of the goods has changed, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Payment for the goods is made in euros. It is possible to pay: via Internet bank.
All personal data disclosed in the course of visiting the MiuMed OÜ e-store and making purchases is treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communication channel with the banks ensures the security of the Buyer's personal data and bank details.

Delivery
The goods will be sent by post.
Shipping costs are borne by the seller and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 5-10 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 60 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right not to repurchase the goods.
To return the goods, write to the e-mail address info@doginthebag.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and occurs within two years from delivery to the buyer within the first six months of delivery to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to rebut the respective presumption.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Deletion
To delete personal information, contact customer support via email. A request for erasure shall be answered no later than one month and the period for erasure of data shall be specified.
Transfer
A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies and notifies you of the personal data that is to be transferred.
Direct marketing messages The e-mail address and telephone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given his consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, please select the appropriate link in the footer of the email or contact customer support.
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of his personal data, including direct marketing profiling by notifying customer support by e-mail (this must be clearly and separately from any other information) .

Other conditions
10.1. The data about the Customer and his orders stored in the e-store ordering environment is treated as confidential information. The Merchant shall not disclose the information that has become known to it to third parties.
10.2. Data communication between the Customer and the banks and the card payment center is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Customer's personal data and bank details. The merchant does not have access to the customer's confidential bank and payment card details.
10.3 MiuMed OÜ is the chief processor of personal data.
